Services:
Chronic Medical Conditions
Family docs are specialists in managing and optimizing chronic health problems like high blood pressure, diabetes, asthma, and arthritis to name a few. Coordination of your care with specialists if needed allows you to minimize specialty visits too.
Wellness
Everything from Newborn visits to geriatric care management and everything in between. I encourage a yearly comprehensive physical to allow us to re-evaluate and update our plan to keep you as healthy and active as possible. School and sports exams, employment physicals (though not, sadly, Drivers Physicals), well child and well woman exams are included (including any paperwork that is needed). Vaccines are offered at my cost, or local pharmacies and clinics if you chose to use your insurance coverage for these often pricy, but important, injections.
Acute Care
You know—the colds and flu’s, sprained ankles and tummy pain sort of thing, kind of like everything else you would visit a doctor for.
Hospital Care
Dr. Sutcliffe continues to manage her patients at St. Elizabeth Community Hospital. If you don’t want the rotating Hospitalist to care for you, let us know as soon as the doctor in the Emergency Department says you need to be admitted. There is a $25/day additional charge for this service.
Home Visits
If you and Dr. Sutcliffe agree that a home visit is indicated, and feasible, it can happen! An additional $25 fee applies, and service area is limited.
Procedures
- Skin procedures like cryo therapy, biopsies and small “lump and bump” removals.
- Spirometry, peak flows and pulmonary stress tests for evaluation and management of breathing problems
- Pap smears and breast exams.
- Urinalysis and strep tests.
- Allergy shot administration (serum provided by allergist).
- Ear wax removal.
